    If the RealPlayer does not appear (this may be the case in certain Mac labs), then do the following:
    1. Open Internet Explorer if you were using Netscape Communicator
    2. Click on the link and hold down the mouse button until a menu appears
    3. Choose Save Link to disk (or Save link as...)
    4. Navigate to the desktop (or click on the Desktop button) and save the file there.
    5. Double-click this file.
