ذنم ان×ٌلن انذê موتï ¬  أتاوê	The child that I was, came to me
هرٌةë ¬ 	once
èجٍçاë عرêباë ®	as a strange face.
نه êâن شêئا ®  هشêوا	He did not say anything. We walked,
èمًناوا êرهâï انآخرî لê صهتي ®  خï×اوا	regarding each other in silence.  Our steps
وçرى êجرê عرêباë ®	were a river that ran wildly.
جهظتوا ¬ باسهً çذا انèرâً  انضٌارب لê انرٌêح ¬  انأصèنï	The origins gathered us
	in the name of this leaf striking in the wind, 
èالترâٍوا	and we parted
عابةë تمتبçا انأرضï èترٍèêçا انلصèنï ®	like a forest which is written by the earth
	and narrated by the seasons.

أêçا ان×ٌلن انذê موتï ¬ تîâîدٌهٍ	O child that I was, come forward.
ها انذê êجهظوا ¬ انآوî ¬  èهاذا سوâèنï ؟	What is that binds us, now,
	and what shall we say?
