1. Choose File/Save As HTML.
Accept the Office Assistant's Help. Choose the following options where required :
- New Layout,
- Standard,
- JPEG,
- 640x480
- Enter your email address, Homepage address and (optional) to download the original presentation files. (check both boxes).
- Use browser colors.
- Choose any preferred button.
- Choose to place the navigation buttons below the presentation.
- Save you files to a desktop folder
