Wednesday July 28th 1909
In the morning Dadie and I played a round of golf.
In the afternoon M- Dadie Kay, Mrs. Newton, and N. Newton and myself went for a picnic to Torboll Falls. It was a fine drive there and as there was a large party already picnicking on the regular spot we went further along the road and struck this spot.
We had a fine picnic and afterwards Noel Newton and I built a bonfire...
