... M- and I went to the gallerie Lafayette, where M- bought various small things.
We then went home to a very nice lunch. After lunch it was still raining. M- and I started in to have a very stupid afternoon, when about 2:30 Kay turned up to go shopping. We started in a taxi cab. Then we got a little ride from out of town in Madame’s carriage, then we did some more shopping and after leaving M- at the hotel Kay and I went off to 4 Ave where I left Kay and came back.
In the evening we went to Madame Payen’s for dinner.
