Friday September 3rd 1909
I loafed around indoors up to 12:00 when Dadie and I, per invitation, went to Burnham Beeches to lunch and have some golf. We expected to have lunch with Lord Frederick, but instead we had a fine lunch at Lord Frederick’s house. There were two ladies besides Lady Frederick and her daughter, all very nice.
We had a fine threesome, Dadie played our best ball. Great links, I’m not on to my “Dreadnought” yet.
Saturday September 4th 1909
We left London about 11:45. After I was on board the ship I remembered that I had left my camera on the train and I went back for, I got it alright.
