KislovodskA resort town on the northern side of the Caucasus mountains. The name of the town is derived from "sour (i. e. carbonated) water" because of the natural springs there. Home of Narzan mineral water. For Russians with connections, "the South," including the Caucasus, the Crimea, and the Black Sea coast was the most prestigious place to vacation.
