In most cases, notes for a presentation are created in an outline format in text editing programs such as Microsoft Word and Word Perfect. These Word documents can easily be imported in PowerPoint.

1. Open the file - Shentong Outline in Microsoft Word.
2. Choose File / Send To / Microsoft PowerPoint.
