Minutes The meeting was called to order by the Vice Pres. The minutes were read, after which Mr. Williamson by request of Mr. Kitchel (he being absent) presented the resignation of Mr. Kitchel as Pres of the Club. Mr. E. Dewey was then elected Pres in his place. Mr.'s O'Neil and Powers were voted into the club. It was voted that any member who should break Restriction A, Article 2nd should be fined ten (10) cts for each and every offence. The Sec. was authorized to challenge the First Nine "Champlain" B.B.C. and the First Nine Baltic B.B.C. Adjourned to meet Monday Eve Sept 2nd. E.J. Davenport
