For disputing the decisions of an umpire during field umpire- for audibly expressing his opinion on a doubtful play before the decision of an umpire is given-

For refusing to obey his captain in the exercise of his lawful authority- for leaving a meeting when assembled for business or exercise, without the permission of the presiding officer.
