The meeting was called to order by the Pres. The minutes were read after which the delegates elected to represent the Club at the Base Ball Convention at Burlington Jan 23rd 1867 asked the opinions of the members present concerning the manner they should vote. It was decided to let them vote as they thought best. The following resolutions were then passed. Resolved. That the initiation fee must be paid on or before the 1st of Feb. Resolved. That when it was time to get uniforms and the kind was decided upon that each man buy his own uniform. Adjourned untill Thursday Eve Jany 24th to hear the report of the delegates. Called to order 6 ½ o'clock.
